St Kitts and Nevis

St Kitts and Nevis Government on Nov 6, has announced easing of restrictions to add siblings (brothers and sisters) of main applicant for the citizenship by investment program. These amendments were published in Citizenship by Investment (Amendment) Regulations SRO No 42 of 2020

Main applicant, can now add siblings to CBI application by meeting the following conditions

  • Less than 30 years old.
  • Must be Unmarried and no children
  • Financially independent

Siblings of spouse not accepted.

Siblings, also known as full siblings often share at least one parent with the subject. A male sibling is a brother and a female sibling is a sister often growing up together.

The additional costs to add sibling of main applicant are as follows

  • SGF donation: US$ 20,000 per sibling
  • Real Estate: US$ 40,000 per sibling

St Kitts is not the only country that allows inclusion of siblings. All other CIP’s in Grenada, St Lucia, Antigua also allow inclusion of siblings.

St Kitts also offers a limited time covid discount for families under the SGF donation option.
